David Ducker
Managing Director
With over 25  years experience within the Financial Services industry, David is able draw on his skills to offer advice in highly complex areas in both personal and corporate financial planning. David is a registered pension transfer specialist and retirement options counseller.
Following an early career in the armed forces David worked for Equitable Life and Lloyds TSB before starting his own practice over 15 years ago.  David is qualified to Dip PFS standard with the Chartered Institute of Insurance David is a professionally trained musician, a committed Christian and an active member of his local church.



Sharon Bowen
Operations Manager
Sharon brings almost 20 years insurance experience with her. She started her career in financial services with Prudential, working as a Financial Consultant and IFA before moving onto senior management roles within the industry. Sharon is also qualified to Dip PFS standard with the Chartered Institute of Insurance. In addition she has a high level of expertise relating to Financial Services Authority (FSA) compliance issues and provides advice to other IFA companies on compliance matters.

 

 

 

 

 

Julie Wade

Company Secretary
Julie has had a varied career, having worked in private and public sector organisations including a high street Bank, a careers consultancy and a business support agency.  In addition to assisting David, Julie manages the company Human Resource Consultancy which provides outsourced HR support to businesses within the east midlands.
